I can't really be assed to defrost frozen stuff, so what was supposed to be golden brown fish fillets covered in batter turned out as broken pieces of pale-ish yellow, soggy fish because I just took it straight from the freezer and chucked it into the oven. Why broken? Soggy pieces of fish don't really stand up well to constant flipping and prodding with a fork. LOL
I think I would make a very good chef. xD
