To all aspiring instant noodle chefs:
Putting beehoon in with soup based instant noodles is NOT advisable. Beehoon is the sworn enemy of yummy, soupy instant noodles. It soaks up all the soup and turns the entire pot into a starchy heap of soggy clumps of noodles with a consistency mostly associated with lumpy baby food. Turns a delicious, hearty dish into a appetite-threatening mess.
Though, if you MUST, add only a small amount of the dreaded white strands. Add any more and you'll be eating tasteless goop.
